U12-U18

Stade has a wide youth section with U6, U8, U10, U12, U14, U16 & U18 teams.

Our STARA (Stade Rugby Academy) programme builds on the foundations laid in the early years and also gives new, inexperienced players the chance to learn the game. Our coaches help players refine their technical, tactical and physical rugby skills. Through structured, game-based training, players get the opportunity to improve decision-making, game understanding and position-specific techniques while developing into confident athletes. Sessions encourage resilience, discipline, leadership, teamwork, and a competitive mindset.
