Youth Rugby Teams

For our STARS (U6, U8, U10) teams, our programme is built around the FUNdamentals of rugby, using fun, game-based activities to develop basic rugby skills and the confidence to play and enjoy the game. For our STARA (U12, U14, U16, U18) teams, the focus shifts to refining technical and tactical rugby skills, enhancing physical and game understanding, and fostering resilience, teamwork, and a competitive mindset. In a safe, supportive, and international club environment, every child learns teamwork, respect, and a lifelong love for the game while developing at their own pace.
