Women’s registration

First, come and join a training!

After you have joined a try-out training:

1. Club Registration

Please fill out the registration form.

2. Registration Fees

Adult Annual Registration Fee: 350€

or pay 175€ every half season

The amount is to be transferred to Stade Rugby Account:

IMPORTANT: make sure your name and the season appears as reference in the payment (example: “Manaé Feleu 2026/2027”)

3. NADA Certificate

ALL ADULT PLAYERS MUST COMPLETE THE NADA ANTI-DOPING ONLINE COURSE

Please register on the NADA Website and complete the course “License for Athletes, Leistungssport” (eng) OR the course “Lizenz für Sportler:innen, Leistungssport” (de).

After completing it, download the certificate and send it to the team manager.

4. International Clearance

! Required for any player, who is NOT from Austria !

Clearance forms from your Country of origin are usually on their website.

I.e. for the Fédération française de rugby

If your country of origin does NOT provide clearance forms, please use the official World Rugby Clearance Form!

Please send the filled-out clearance form to your former federation (even, if you have never played before!) and send it to info@stade-rugby.at.

If you have never played before, mention in your e-mail that the Austrian Federation requires a statement from them that you are not registered to the federation of your country of origin!

Once you get an answer, make sure that it has been sent to clearance@rugby-austria.at
