Touch Rugby Registration & Requirements
To register as a player for the Touch team at Stade RC Wien, please complete the following four steps. All steps must be completed before you can be fully registered and eligible to play.
1. Club Registration
Download and complete the club Registration Form, then send the filled and signed form to the team manager.

2. Registration Fees
All players must pay the appropriate membership and registration fees each season. The current fee structure is listed on our Prices page.
3. NADA Anti-Doping Certificate (Mandatory for All Adult Players)
ALL ADULT PLAYERS MUST COMPLETE THE NADA ANTI-DOPING ONLINE COURSE. Please register on the NADA website, complete the required course, and send your certificate to the team manager.
1. Go to the NADA online learning platform: https://aktiv.nada.at/totara/catalog/index.php
2. Register for an account if you do not already have one.
3. Complete one of the following courses:
– License for Athletes, Leistungssport (English)
– Lizenz für Sportler:innen, Leistungssport (German)
4. Download your course certificate and send it to the team manager.
4. International Clearance (Non-Austrian Players)
International clearance is required for any player whose country of origin is not Austria. You will need to obtain a clearance form from your former national rugby federation and ensure it is processed correctly.
1. Check with your former rugby federation for their official international clearance form.
2. Example: French Rugby Federation (FFR) clearance form: Fédération française de rugby – Clearance Form.
3. If your federation does not provide its own form, use the official World Rugby Clearance Form: World Rugby Clearance Form.
4. Send the fully completed and signed form to your former federation and CC:

– info@stade-rugby.at
5. For the French Federation, also CC: dajc@ffr.fr.
6. Once your former federation has processed the clearance, make sure that their confirmation is forwarded to clearance@rugby-austria.at.
