With the long-awaited L1-Coaching Day, Stade is sending out an important signal for the further training of coaches.
Led by Gael Mouysset, and despite bad weather, 12 participants were present.
The participants have a L1 training with them, coupled with ambitions, passion and a dream for the coming season. The session was very rich in content, emotions, experiences and the enthusiasm could not be overlooked.

In order to meet the challenges of the future, our coaching quality, our young talent strategy and our actions in many areas must continue to develop.

This change requires discipline, structure and team spirit. Above all, everything becomes possible if we work together with professionalism, enthusiasm and sustainability.
The improvement and expansion of children's education and academy are among the numerous outstanding measures of the association.
At the heart of the 2022 Agenda is a plan with many ambitious goals to be achieved for sustainable development:
1) World Rugby L1 Participants will still be rewarded with a well-deserved L1 training certificate
2) Another online basic module for the trainer: inside online basic module April 2022 (examination: Fri. 04/29/2022 from 4:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.)
3) Further training in "First Aid & Concussion"

Mit dem lang erwarteten L1-Coaching Day setzt Stade ein wichtiges Signal für die Weiterbildung der Coaches.
Unter der Leitung von Gael Mouysset, und trotz schlechtem Wetter waren 12 Teilnehmer anwesend.
Die Teilnehmer haben eine L1 Ausbildung im Gepäck, gekoppelt an Ambitionen, Leidenschaft und einen Traum für die kommende Saison.
Die Sitzung war sehr reich an Inhalten, Emotionen, Erfahrungen und die Begeisterung war nicht zu übersehen.

Um den Herausforderungen der Zukunft gerecht zu werden, müssen sich unsere Coachingqualität, unsere Nachwuchs-Strategie und unser Handeln in vielen Bereichen weiterentwickeln.

Dieser Wandel verlangt Disziplin, Struktur und Teamgeist. Vor allem wird alles möglich, wenn wir gemeinsam mit Professionalismus, Begeisterung und Nachhaltigkeit angehen.
Die Verbesserung und die Erweiterung der Kinderausbildung und Akademie zählen zu den zahlreichen herausragenden Maßnahmen des Vereins.
Das Kernstück der 2022 Agenda bildet ein Plan mit vielen ehrgeizigen Zielen, die für eine nachhaltige Entwicklung erreicht werden sollen:
1) World Rugby L1 Die Teilnehmer werden noch mit einem wohlverdienten L1 Ausbildungszertifikat belohnt.
2) Ein weiteres Online-Basismodul zum Übungsleiter:innen Online-Basismodul April 2022 (Prüfung: Fr. 29.04.2022 von 16:00 – 16:30 Uhr)
3) Eine weitere Ausbildung zum "First Aid & concussion"
