Registration:
Registration is done online with a valid email address.
Please check your data and profile on the website https://www.pitchero.com/clubs/staderugbyclubwien/signup. This is really key for our child protection legislation and GDPR. For the proper implementation, at least one parent registration is mandatory for underage player.
A new picture is mandatory for the validation of the profile and License IdCard.

Membership:
The membership for the 2024/25 season is due. This fee is covering the costs for the pitch, the training material, the insurance, the license IDCard (for new member) and the largest part of the competition or tournament.

• 350€ / Adult Full Membership
• 350€ / U16-U18 Full Membership
• 300€ / U10-U14 Full Membership
• 260€ / U6-U10 Full Membership
• 700€ Family membership for 3 members and more
• 200€ Touch Rugby
• 65€ Honorary membership

Please use Stade RC Wien, direct bank transfer as payment mode. The membership payment is due on latest after the 2nd training and before Sept 25th. A 15€ fee will be required for renewal of the license Idcard

Age group transition:
Your kid might be subject to the transition to the next age group.

Equipment:
For each section a specific equipment package (socks, short, …) is being proposed to ensure the development of the club identity and provide the mandatory materiel for games and training. Please contact your team manager.

Contribution:
In order to maintain our high sport integrity and to further develop the quality of our organization, we need your active support.
Stade organization is based on the support of benevolent only and the whole staff is working on a voluntary basis.
